Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our exchange policy below for second-hand and refurbished items.


Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is defective, not functioning as described, or has a major fault not stated in the listing.

  2. The exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.

  3. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs) typical of second-hand goods

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper setup

  • Items stated as “as-is” or “no warranty” in the product description


Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

  3. If eligible, we will arrange for return shipping (paid by customer unless stated otherwise).

  4. Once the item is inspected and confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit or allow you to exchange for another item of equal or similar value.

Note: If no replacement is available, store credit may be issued.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy.

  • All second-hand products are tested before shipping. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
