We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that every item you purchase is functional and as described. Please read our return policy carefully, especially since we deal with second-hand and refurbished products.


Conditions for Return

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

  1. The item received is defective, malfunctioning, or not as described.

  2. The return request is made within 3 calendar days from the date you receive the item.

  3. The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, with all original packaging and accessories included.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Items with minor wear and tear, as expected for second-hand products

  • Customer-induced damage, including improper use or installation

  • Items labeled as “No Return,” “As-Is,” or “Final Sale”

  • Any request made after the 3-day window


Return Procedure

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos of the issue.

  3. If approved, you will be instructed on how to return the item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • If eligible, you will receive a full or partial refund, or

    • You may choose a replacement product or store credit (subject to availability).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order if:

  • The request is made before the item has been shipped

  • The product has not yet been prepared or packed

To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. If approved, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders already packed or shipped

  • Final Sale or special request items

  • Customised or modified products

  • Orders already picked up or delivered

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment is incomplete or not verified

  • There is a pricing/listing error

  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent

  • Delivery information is invalid or incomplete

If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
