We ship to all states in Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Options
Standard courier delivery (using services such as J&T, PosLaju, or DHL) usually takes 2 to 5 working days within Peninsular Malaysia, and 3 to 7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
Same-day delivery is available for customers within Klang Valley if the order is placed before 11 AM.
Self-pickup is also available by appointment at our store location.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee based on your location.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders above a minimum value within Peninsular Malaysia.
Final shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Packaging and Product Condition
All items are carefully packed and inspected before shipping.
As our products are second-hand or refurbished, they may show signs of previous use.

Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather, or public holidays.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist you in submitting a claim to the courier.
Claims for damage or loss must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel, along with supporting photos of the packaging and item.
